Devin Saylor is Head of Sustainability for IDS Real Estate Group, a CalSTRS fund and Managing Principal of AdaptiveCRE, a sustainability consulting firm serving a diverse range of clients—from large institutional investors and funds to mid- and small-sized owners, operators, and developers.

With nearly 30 years of global experience in sustainability and commercial real estate, Devin brings a strategic, customized approach to aligning sustainability solutions with each client’s unique size, goals, and investment strategy.

Her career spans three continents and includes deep expertise in capital structures, and investor priorities—insights that allow her to deliver sustainability strategies that not only reduce costs but also enhance investment performance.

Devin launched her sustainability career in New Jersey on a master plan project that was part of the LEED Neighborhood Development (ND) pilot. She went on to develop and lead Colliers' Sustainability Service line in Eastern Europe and spearheaded some of the region’s first LEED and BREEAM certified projects.

As Regional Director of Sustainability for Skanska Commercial Development Europe, she played a pivotal role in transforming the commercial real estate market across Eastern Europe.

Devin holds professional accreditations in LEED, BREEAM, and WELL, and earned her Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
