Drew Foulkes has built his career around one idea: that sustainable buildings and profitable ones are the same thing.

Drew co-founded the country's first LEED certified coworking space built for the sustainability community, then managed enterprise accounts at Enertiv, a Fifth Wall-backed building operations platform, before joining Sidewalk Labs to bring Mesa, Google's low-cost building controls product, to market.

Drew is now a sales executive on the real estate team at Redaptive, where he works at the intersection of capital, leases, and decarbonization. He builds partnerships with industrial REITs, private real estate firms, and asset managers to deploy metering, retrofits, and electrification strategies across NNN portfolios, including a national program spanning some of the largest institutional industrial and logistics real estate in the country. His focus is structuring co-investment where energy efficiency upgrades have historically stalled, turning energy data into a tool for shared economics and long-term asset value.

Drew is a member of BOMA and the Urban Land Institute and a recurring speaker in the commercial real estate decarbonization space.
