Emily Pollard is the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at BKM Capital Partners, a leading real estate fund manager specializing in value-add light industrial and multi-use logistics properties in the Western United States. In addition to leading the marketing strategy for the organization, Emily oversees BKM’s environmental, social, and governance programs and initiatives, integrating sustainability into the firm’s asset management practices and quantifying the resulting increase in value.

Pollard brings more than 10 years of strategic marketing, communications, pipeline planning, new product development, commercialization, and brand positioning experience to her role, specifically in real estate, private equity, and alternative investments. She is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder and currently a member of CREW Orange County, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, and the American Marketing Association.
