Henry Heyman is the Sustainability Manager at Woodbourne Capital Management, a Toronto-based real estate private equity firm. Based in Boulder, Colorado, he works out of Woodbourne’s Boulder office and leads the firm’s ESG strategy across a national portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use assets located in Canada. His focus includes decarbonization, climate resilience, regulatory alignment, and investor reporting. Henry oversees initiatives such as GRESB submissions, building performance optimization, and the integration of sustainability considerations across the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining Woodbourne, Henry held ESG and strategy roles in the consumer goods, healthcare, and outdoor sectors, where he built a pragmatic, performance-driven approach to advancing sustainability goals.

Outside of real estate, Henry is an experienced backcountry guide and outdoor educator. He has led mountaineering and wilderness expeditions throughout North America, bringing a systems-oriented, field-tested perspective to his sustainability work. This hands-on environmental engagement reinforces his commitment to long-term thinking, resilience, and stewardship in the built environment.
