Jack Davis is VP of ESG Strategy at Conservice, where he leads client advisory services for investors, owners, and developers of commercial real estate. Jack has over 25 years of experience working with real estate leaders on energy, ESG, sustainability, and engagement strategies, driving the design and implementation of award-winning programs that enhance investment performance and reduce risks. With a background in market transformation, Jack applies a systemic and stakeholder-centric perspective to client assignments, and crafts solutions that address dynamic and emerging real estate problems - such as climate risk, housing affordability, competitive obsolescence, energy security, and more. Jack has a degree in engineering from Texas A&M University and a MBA in Marketing from University of Minnesota, and lives in Fort Collins, CO with his wife and dog.
