Karen is a passionate and seasoned professional focused on ESG strategy implementation, sustainable development, and energy efficiency in the real estate industry, with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Karen has held multiple leadership positions throughout her career and has vast experience with ESG reporting.

Karen is currently a Senior Vice President and the Head of ESG at Clarion Partners where she is responsible for setting and managing Clarion’s ESG strategy. Prior to Clarion, Karen spent 7 years at CodeGreen Solutions where she was their Director of ESG and Decarbonization Programs. Here, she was responsible for the ESG Strategy for real estate clients, the launch and management of ESG data management systems, and internal and external stakeholder engagements.
