Kealy Herman is a sustainability strategist who helps global organizations turn ambition into action. As VP and global technical director for net zero strategy at Arcadis, she has managed complex GHG inventories, led multimillion dollar decarbonization programs, designed net-zero blueprints across 90 countries, and developed methodologies and platforms used by Fortune 100 clients to drive actionable results. Prior to Arcadis, she laid the foundation for Google Cloud's supply chain climate strategy.

A Duke-trained environmental manager, Kealy has worked across real estate, technology, finance, manufacturing, and more, mentoring over 100 professionals and speaking at sustainability and climate events globally.
