Keely Felton serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Nova Group, GBC, where she leads the Energy Services Group in conducting comprehensive energy, water, and waste assessments and supporting Green Building Certifications. In her role, she shapes Nova’s sustainability strategy, drives thought leadership and identifies innovative solutions to support clients in achieving their decarbonization goals. Ms. Felton oversees the development and review of report deliverables, ensuring client objectives are clearly understood and effectively communicated throughout the project lifecycle. She is also a prominent industry voice, representing Nova at conferences and on expert panels nationwide. Her presentations frequently address key topics such as HUD financing, Agency Green Financing programs, and ESG strategies. A Certified Energy Auditor through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Ms. Felton also serves on Nova’s Corporate Leadership Team, contributing to the company’s overall vision and leadership initiatives.
