Mr. Schwabenbauer, who joined St. John Properties in 2016, devises and implements sustainable business initiatives that positively impact the company’s real estate portfolio, its clients and the employees working within its buildings. Mr. Schwabenbauer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. He is also an accredited professional of the U. S. Green Building Council.
