Sotiria Anagnostou is the Head of Climate Risk Technical Services at RE Tech Advisors, where she leads the development and delivery of cutting-edge climate risk solutions for clients, helping them navigate climate challenges and build resilient strategies. With extensive experience in sustainability, ESG, and climate risk across real estate, finance, and manufacturing sectors, Sotiria has held key leadership roles at STORE Capital, Federated Hermes, Ingevity Corporation, and Whirlpool Corporation.

Sotiria holds a PhD in Climate Risk and Adaptation from Arizona State University, a Master’s in Energy and Environmental Analysis from Boston University, and a BA in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Marietta College. Beyond her professional work, Sotiria is deeply committed to community-building. She founded the Phoenix Sustainability Professionals network and AZ CleanTech, driving collaboration and innovation in climate technology across Arizona, the Southwest, and beyond.
