William serves as the sustainability strategy, reporting, and integration lead for Almanac Realty Investors - a part of Neuberger Berman. Prior to joining Almanac, he was a Senior Manager, ESG, at Stok, and Senior Manager, ESG & Sustainability, at CodeGreen Solutions. William graduated from the University of Oregon with a BA in Political Science and Spanish and earned his MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. His professional credentials include certifications from SASB (FSA Credential Holder), GRI (Certified Sustainability Professional), PMI (Project Management Professional, PMP), and Lean Six Sigma.

An experienced sustainability and management consulting professional – William’s experiences and dynamic skillset center on purposeful strategy, conscientious leadership, and advancing financially material environmental and social impact in the built environment. As an MBA graduate from Georgetown University, William focused on Strategy, Sustainability, and Responsible Business. Outside the classroom, William was a leader in the MBA program, serving as a Board Member for the McDonough Net Impact chapter, President of the Georgetown Explorers Club, and as a leader for the Business for Impact Initiative. Additionally, he was a Dean's List Honoree, Dean's Citation Awardee, and a recipient of Georgetown's Sustainable Business Graduate Certificate and Non-Market Strategy Graduate Certificate, as well as having worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant.
