As Scaler's Head of North America, Yetsuh Frank drives strategy across the US and Canada, ensuring the company's industry-leading platform continues to meet the evolving needs of the region while aligning with global trends and requirements.

With over 30 years of experience in sustainable real estate, Yetsuh brings a unique perspective shaped by diverse leadership roles. He spent more than a decade as an architect focused on green buildings and was instrumental in the early development of the LEED green building rating system. This expertise led to prominent positions at two influential organizations: Urban Green Council and the Building Energy Exchange, where he spent approximately 15 years gaining comprehensive insight into the challenges of improving real asset performance and understanding the critical role of policy and regulation in advancing sustainability initiatives.

Prior to joining Scaler in 2024, Yetsuh launched the US office of EVORA, a highly regarded global ESG consulting firm headquartered in London. This role further deepened his understanding of how global regulations and investor demands intersect to shape the real assets landscape.

Yetsuh's career spans architecture, policy development, non-profit leadership, and international consulting, positioning him uniquely to guide Scaler's North American growth while navigating the complex intersection of sustainability, regulation, and market demands.
