Founded in 2012, ecofi is on a mission to prove that sustainability is good for business. As real estate’s sustainability department, we consult, design, implement, and report on conservation initiatives that have saved over 300,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, 10 billion gallons of freshwater, and $100 million dollars in utility expenses. As a result, over the last 14 years we have increased our partners’ asset values by an estimated $500 million and counting.
