Mitchell is a Licensed Professional Engineer and seasoned product leader with over 35 years of experience advancing modular and prefabricated construction. At ReSIA Manufacturing, he leads the innovation and implementation of HybridFabrication™—a vertically integrated, automotive-inspired building system that delivers fully assembled, code-compliant bathroom and kitchen components with unmatched efficiency and consistency.

Under Mitchell’s direction, ReSIA has pioneered a patent-pending, IAMPMO-certified approach that redefines modular delivery by streamlining compliance, increasing production speed, and enabling just-in-time installation. His leadership fuses structural engineering expertise with manufacturing precision to support scalable, repeatable solutions for extended stay hotels, multifamily housing, and institutional developments across the U.S.

Prior to joining ReSIA, Mitchell served as Vice President of Design & Engineering at several industry-leading modular firms. He has driven product standardization initiatives, overseen lean manufacturing transformations, and led the development of high-performance components that reduce site labor and accelerate project timelines. His work continues to shape the evolution of industrialized construction—delivering better buildings, faster.
