As an experienced asset manager with development and transactional experience, Nair brings unique experiences and capabilities to the firm. His insight and expertise in navigating the real estate landscape, coupled with a successful track record overseeing complete investment lifecycles positions him as valuable contributor in Peachtree Group's growth strategy.

‍With more than a decade of hospitality experience, Nair most recently was senior vice president of acquisitions and development for Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), where he sourced equity, debt and third-party management opportunities, growing the company’s hotel portfolio. Prior positions included Nair serving as vice president of investments and capital markets for Kolter Hospitality, where he oversaw more than $600 million in transaction volume across hotel investment and debt restructuring. He also held a similar position at Banyan Investment Group as vice president of hotel investments, closing more than $125 million in transaction volume, among others.

‍Nair received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the Nolan Hotel School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University
