Colin Carroll is the Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Apple Hospitality REIT, a publicly traded REIT that owns one of the largest and most diverse portfolios of upscale, rooms-focused hotels in the United States. During his time at Apple Hospitality REIT, Colin has overseen acquisitions of 20 hotels totaling approximately $1 billion and the disposition of 35 hotels totaling over $350 million. Prior to his time with Apple Hospitality REIT, Colin served in similar roles with Ashford Inc. and ClubCorp and over the course of his career has been directly involved in over $6 billion of hotel acquisitions, sales and financing activity. Colin received his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. Colin is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.
