Damon C. Healey is Founder and Managing Principal of Eternal Companies, a Bethesda, Maryland real estate investment firm that builds and operates platforms across hospitality, multifamily and mixed-use. Over 20 years he has executed $3.8 billion in transactions. At Brookwood Hotels, he led acquisitions and new development for Brookfield's extended-stay platform, including a 39-market WoodSpring Suites master development agreement with Choice Hotels; the platform sold for $1.5 billion in 2022. Through Eternal Companies, he oversees a small extended-stay portfolio and leads Platform Edge, the firm's advisory practice, which helps sponsors and operators build the business model, investment strategy and operating framework that institutional capital partners underwrite.
