Danny Gould is the Founder and CEO of Gould Capital, a boutique capital markets advisory firm that connects real estate sponsors with institutional debt and equity across the capital stack. With deep specialization in hospitality, Danny has advised on financings spanning ground-up resort development, hotel acquisitions and bridge refinancings, and adaptive reuse projects. His network spans single- and multi-family offices, private credit/debt funds, PE, and institutional equity. Before founding Gould Capital, Danny co-managed a hotel fund, giving him operator-level fluency in the metrics that drive hotel credit decisions.

Danny is also the host of the Investing Secrets Podcast, where he interviews fund managers, developers, and alternative asset managers and allocators on how institutional money actually gets raised and deployed. He is known for a candid, numbers-first approach to capital formation and for helping sponsors translate their deals into the language and story lenders and investors look for. When he's away from the deal desk, Danny is a CrossFit athlete and an avid Stanford football fan, proudly cheering on his alma mater every fall.
