Glenn M. Moon is a Senior Director, North American Development for BWH Hotels and a hospitality development executive with more than 20 years of experience building brands, cultivating owner and developer relationships, and driving portfolio growth across North America.

Throughout his career, Glenn has held development roles with leading hospitality organizations including BWH Hotels, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Choice Hotels. His experience spans extended stay, upscale, select-service, boutique, and lifestyle hospitality, providing him with a broad perspective on hotel development, brand positioning, market selection, franchise economics, and owner investment decisions.

Today, Glenn is focused on scaling two of BWH Hotels’ emerging brands: @HOME by Best Western, the company’s midscale extended-stay offering, and Aiden by Best Western, its upscale boutique brand. His work centers on helping owners and developers identify the right markets, sites, products, and development strategies while navigating changing guest expectations, construction economics, and the evolving ways hotels are designed and operated.
