Justin Roberts is the chief executive officer and founder of Denver-based Highside Companies, a fully integrated real estate company. He possesses expertise in all aspects of the commercial real estate lifecycle, and across a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, condominium and mixed-use.

With more than two decades of experience, Roberts has successfully managed more than $3 billion in commercial real estate investments as principal, developer, lender and portfolio manager. At Highside Companies, he is responsible for the company as an enterprise and for leading overall strategy for the various verticals, including deal sourcing, development, and capital raising.

Throughout the course of his career, Roberts has occupied multiple leadership positions at Fortune 500 and other well-known and prominent companies. He’s served in executive roles including as vice president, head of real estate investment at Choice Hotels International; vice president of GE Capital; principal of Axiom Real Estate Partners; investment manager at AIG; and vice president at UDR, among other real estate roles.

Roberts holds an M.S. in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, and a J.D. from William & Mary School of Law.
