Nate Sahn is an Executive Vice President with CBRE Hotels, bringing more than 28 years of hospitality and real estate experience to clients throughout the nation. He specializes in hotel dispositions across all asset classes, from select-service and midscale properties to full-service, luxury, mixed-use, and complex hospitality assets.

Drawing on his hospitality education, operational background, and experience completing hundreds of transactions, Mr. Sahn provides strategic guidance throughout every stage of the disposition process. From initial valuation to developing customized marketing strategies, personally engaging prospective buyers, negotiating offers, and managing due diligence through closing, he is committed to delivering exceptional results for clients.

In addition to single-asset transactions, Mr. Sahn has extensive experience executing numerous portfolio transactions, mixed-use hospitality projects, and the successful co-founding of CBRE’s hotel ground sale-leaseback practice. These engagements demonstrate his ability to structure innovative solutions that maximize value for clients.

Mr. Sahn regularly leverages CBRE’s integrated platform by collaborating with professionals across Advisory Services, Debt & Structured Finance, Valuation, and local market teams to provide clients with comprehensive insights and execution capabilities. Mr. Sahn along with his partner James Foxx, lead a successful team of hotel professionals in CBRE’s Chicago office.
