Jeremy Scheck is Director of Acquisitions at Dayton Street Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing and executing investment opportunities across industrial real estate, including traditional warehouses, logistics facilities, and industrial outdoor storage (IOS).
Jeremy brings nearly seven years of experience from Colliers International, where he most recently held the position of Senior Vice President in the Industrial Advisory Group. At Colliers, he represented several Fortune 500 companies on complex national site selection, lease and sale transaction structuring and negotiations, real estate capital markets strategies, and acquisitions. He also worked closely with developers, capital partners, and investors across a broad range of industrial real estate transactions. Since 2022, Jeremy has executed more than 4.7 million square feet of lease transactions, with several of those deals earning CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal Awards. He was consistently recognized as a top performer and achieved multiple promotions during his time at Colliers.
Jeremy is currently pursuing his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he is majoring in Finance with a concentration on Real Estate. He also holds a Real Estate Finance and Investments certification through the REFAI program led by Peter Linneman and Bruce Kirsch. Jeremy earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois, where he played Division I baseball, and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois. He actively serves as a junior board member for both the Rory David Deutsch Foundation and the National MS Society. Earlier in his athletic career, Jeremy was recognized as a 2010 Under Armour Baseball Preseason All-American and was selected to Team USA Baseball as a high school junior.
