Liz Scott is an Analyst at Alterra Property Group, where she focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and executing acquisitions for the firm’s Industrial Outdoor Storage platform. She also supports portfolio strategy and market research, helping cover the Texas, North Carolina, Virginia, California, Pacific Northwest, and Southwest markets. Over her career, Liz has been involved in more than $600 million in transaction volume across industrial, office, and land assets. Prior to Alterra, she worked in JLL’s Capital Markets group, where she focused on transactions across the West Coast and advised institutional clients on investment sales and recapitalizations.
