Michael Cohen is Dalfen Industrial’s Head of Acquisitions and is responsible for capital deployment and dispositions across the United States. Michael has over 20 years of experience and has completed over $5 billion in industrial and office real estate transactions. Prior to joining Dalfen, Michael was a Senior Vice President of Investments with Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LPT), where he was responsible for overseeing transactions throughout the East Coast and managing a nine million square foot industrial portfolio in New Jersey. Prior to Liberty Property Trust, Michael worked in finance roles for Toll Brothers, Cushman & Wakefield, and Goldman Sachs.
