Patrick is a co-founder and Principal at Ambient, with involvement in all areas of the business, leveraging his diverse skill set built over his career in real estate.

Patrick was previously at Stockbridge Capital Group, where he was a Senior Vice President responsible for acquisitions across all asset types and leading the firm's efforts in the IOS category, while also overseeing all firm-wide financing activity as Head of Capital Markets. Prior to Stockbridge, Patrick worked at UBS Investment Bank. Patrick has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
