Rich Hoopis is a Senior Director of Peakstone Realty Trust. Rich oversees investments in and management of the Company’s industrial outdoor storage assets.
Rich joined Peakstone in February 2024. Prior to joining the Company, Rich founded his own real estate investment management firm, held various positions, including Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development, at IAA a leading automotive auction service provider, and practiced law at a national law firm.
Rich earned his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and Juris Doctor from University of Illinois College of Law.
