The Fund/Real Estate Investor Rate is for real estate investors of all types of equity (Debt Funds or those groups providing Financing are not eligible for the Fund/Real Estate Investor Rate). Those providing any service to the real estate community including providing financing, brokerage, advisory, insurance, custody and administration, accounting, legal and other professional services are among those not eligible.
