I provide tax services for clients in the real estate sector with a specialization in managing private and public real estate investment trusts (REITs). Additionally, I advise real estate clients who have multiple LLCs or holding companies that aren’t structured as a REIT. Most of my clients are privately held in the industrial, multifamily, land developer, manufactured housing, and self-storage spaces. Their assets range from $50 million to $4 billion.

I help my clients with more than just tax compliance. From their personal return to the foundations they’ve established, I handle nearly all aspects of their business. They appreciate that even when I don’t know an answer, I can connect them with someone who does. My clients also appreciate that I spend face time with them throughout the year.

Around the office, colleagues know me for my expertise with complex partnership issues. I’m also known as someone who enjoys coaching and training staff. Advocating for women in the profession has always been a priority for me.

I received both my B.S. in business administration with an emphasis in accounting and my M.S. in accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I’m a member of the AICPA, the Colorado Society of CPAs, and Colorado Real Estate Women.

One of my passions is spending time outside. I grew up in Colorado and enjoy everything it has to offer: hiking, camping, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and more. I have two young children, and I love introducing all of these things to them.

Fun fact: I always wanted to live internationally and spent my junior year of college in Italy. It’s a part of my family heritage, and I always wanted to see what it was like to live there.
