Brian oversees the western US for Asana Partners and co-leads the company’s asset management platform guiding a $7BN retail portfolio. Prior to Asana Partners, McWeeney managed acquisitions for Timber Hill Group, a real estate private equity firm focused on value-add industrial and logistics properties. Prior to Timber Hill Group, McWeeney was a Director with CBRE's National Retail Partners Team. Over the course of his career, Brian has led the underwriting and execution of over $9 Billion of real estate transactions spanning all property types in all major US markets. McWeeney earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a double major in both Urban Land Economics and Finance. McWeeney is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
