Daniella Marca is an Executive Director within the Real Estate Debt team at BlackRock. Ms. Marca is responsible for sourcing Core+ and high yield debt investment opportunities nationwide on behalf of the group’s various funds and separate accounts. Ms. Marca began her career on the West Coast, working for Torrey Pines Bank, a subsidiary of Western Alliance Bank, and later Axos Bank working in their specialty lending department executing direct bridge financing, warehouse lending and A/B loan participations.
