David Auerbach leads all Real Estate Capital Markets activities at Zions Bancorporation, N.A., leveraging more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and capital markets. Before building the platform at Zions, David was a founding member of Archetype Mortgage Capital, a conduit loan origination business within LNR Property, which later became Starwood Mortgage Capital following Starwood Property Trust’s (NYSE: STWD) acquisition of LNR in 2013. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles in commercial real estate finance at Wachovia Securities and Deutsche Bank. David earned his MBA from the University of Miami and a BBA from Florida International University.
