Mr. Dabney is a managing principal and chief financial officer responsible for institutional fund management, financial administration, and audit at Noble Investment Group, a $5B private real estate investment manager focused on upscale select-service, upscale extended-stay hotels and branded long-term accommodations. He leads a team responsible for internal and external reporting, treasury operations, risk management, tax, human resources, and information technology. He is also part of the capital formation team and is active in marketing Noble Fund vehicles and related diligence requests.

Previously, Mr. Dabney was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Hotel Properties, the hospitality platform for Brookfield, a $725 billion global alternative asset manager. He has 25 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mr. Dabney earned his MBA in Financial Management from the University of Maryland, holds a BA in Accounting from Penn State University, and started his career at Ernst & Young as a CPA. In 2019, Penn State's School of Hospitality Management honored him with their Alumni of the Year Award.
