Greg Galusha is the managing member of Arris Capital Advisors, an advisor to sponsors and intermediary to capital, both institutional and private, with a focus on multifamily. Mr. Galusha's unique experience combines roles as an allocator of equity and debt (over $3BN invested), an operator/sponsor, and as an intermediary. Over 33 years, Mr. Galusha has transacted broadly across markets, asset types, and execution strategies with roles in originations, underwriting, financing, development, entitlement, asset management, dispositions, capital raising, and workouts.

Prior to founding Arris, Mr. Galusha led equity placement for Newmark, was a partner with PCCP, a Vice President with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, a partner with Kearny Real Estate, and an associate with Trammell Crow Company. He received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
