Iker Garcia is Vice President at Heitman, a global real estate investment management firm, where he leads debt originations across the Western U.S. Iker’s primary focus is originating senior and subordinate debt investments on transitional and development assets on behalf of Heitman’s discretionary debt funds and separately managed accounts. Prior to joining Heitman, Iker held various roles at CIM Group and PGIM focused on real estate debt originations across North America and Europe.
