Jack Swoboda is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of symmetRE, a data and reporting platform built for real estate owners and investment teams. His background spans property operations, investment banking, and private equity, giving him a practical understanding of how real estate data is created and used across the investment lifecycle. Jack began his career inside property management organizations before serving as an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A group at BMO Capital Markets, and later, as an Associate at H.I.G. Capital. He co-founded symmetRE in 2018 to address the persistent challenges of fragmented data, manual reporting, and limited portfolio visibility faced by ownership teams. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
