Jake Lehmkuhl leads the commercial real estate division at California Bank & Trust, which consists of over $5.0 billion in loan commitments, and serves on the CB&T Executive Management Committee.

He continues to play a leading role in many of the Bancorp’s CRE initiatives. During his nearly 25 years in banking and real estate finance, he has been involved in construction, bridge and term real estate financings across all major product types, as well as corporate financings ranging from private middle-market developers/investors to large institutional equity firms and debt funds. Lehmkuhl is a graduate of University of Southern California, serves on the USC LUSK Board, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
