Senior Managing Director, Acquisitions
Jay joined NLCA in 2020 and leads the origination and acquisition of corporate and government-leased investments, as well as joint venture opportunities.
Jay has over 40 years of experience in real estate investments, investment banking, brokerage, and appraisal/consulting, with over 25 years in net lease and sale/leaseback investments.
Jay received an AB, Economics from Harvard University and an MS, Real Estate Development from MIT.
Prior to NLCA, Jay was Managing Partner at Taurus Corporate Properties, a subsidiary of Taurus Investment Holdings, a global real estate private equity firm. Prior to that, Jay was Managing Director of Equity at CRIC Capital, a joint venture with Prudential Real Estate Investors, as well as Acquisitions Manager, Multifamily at Corcoran Jennison.
Jay is a member of the National Federal Development Association, currently serving on the Membership Committee, and of the Real Estate Finance Association.
