Jeff Pintar is the CEO and Founder of Pintar Investment Company (“PIC”) which is a vertically integrated real estate investment company focused on delivering outsized returns through our family of investment offerings. Headquartered in San Juan Capistrano, CA, PIC has invested well over $3Billion into Multifamily; Build to Rent; Scattered Site Single Family Homes and mixed use Commercial projects.

Prior to founding PIC, Jeff served as National Retail Partner at Panattoni Development Company, where he played a key role in the development and delivery of roughly 5 million square feet of retail projects throughout the United States.

Jeff began his career at CBRE as a retail leasing and investment specialist. He later relocated to Australia, where he was appointed Head of Retail for Asia Pacific, serving on the region’s Senior Leadership Board and overseeing operations across 20 offices. Upon returning to the U.S. in 2002, Jeff became National Director of Retail Tenant Relations at CBRE before joining Panattoni.

Over the course of his career, he has developed or invested in more than $10 billion of residential, retail and mixed-use projects globally, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective.
