Jennifer brings more than 20 years of legal, operational, and capital markets expertise to her role as Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at Denholtz. She oversees capital formation and aligns financial strategy with the firm’s long-term growth objectives.

Previously, Jennifer was Executive Vice President of Investment Management at Kushner, where she scaled the multifamily platform and built partnerships with institutional investors and family offices. She also served as Chief Operating Officer at WatermanCLARK, managing operations and investment committee execution at the firm’s launch.

Earlier, Jennifer spent over a decade at Related Companies, rising to Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. She led corporate legal strategy, helped launch the firm’s opportunistic fund platform, and managed multi-billion-dollar capital deployment. She began her career as a senior associate in real estate at Schulte Roth & Zabel.

Recognized for her strategic vision, Jennifer has earned the CUCS Corporate Champion Award, the CREW Founders Award, and was named one of BisNOW’s Top 50 Influential Women in Real Estate.

She holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.S. in Business and Corporate Communications from the University of Delaware.
