Jim Carr is Chief Innovation Officer at BGO, where he leads global technology, data and procurement strategy for the firm’s $90 billion real estate investment platform. With more than 30 years of experience, Jim has focused his career on using technology, data and operational transformation to improve investment performance, scalability and efficiency. Prior to BGO, he founded and led advisory firms One11 Advisors and Lionpoint Group and held senior roles at Deloitte, KB Home and Ernst & Young. Jim holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Southern California.
