Jonathan San Antonio is a Senior Director for the CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. fund series and Deputy Portfolio Manager for Strategic Partners U.S. Value 10. In this role, Jonathan formulates and executes fund strategies, manages all stages of the investment lifecycle, drives investment performance and supports client relations.

Before joining CBRE Investment Management, Jonathan was Vice President at Ares Management, where he focused on sourcing and executing equity investments across property sectors for opportunistic, value-add, and core-plus fund vehicles. He also previously held private equity and investment banking roles at Rockwood Capital, CIM Group and Credit Suisse.

Jonathan has been involved in over $9 billion of real estate investments across sectors, strategies and platforms. Notable transactions include the $2.5 billion privatization of Front Yard Residential. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with Honors from Lehigh University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
