Joshua Kirkham is an Executive Managing Director and Co-Head of North American Real Estate at Sculptor Real Estate. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Kirkham has completed debt and equity transactions across multiple sectors, including residential, retail, office, multi-family and parking. Mr. Kirkham also led Sculptor Real Estate’s distressed residential strategy following the Global Financial Crisis, investing in partially-completed subdivisions, condominium recapitalizations, single-family rentals and defaulted bonds secured by housing assets.

Prior to joining Sculptor Real Estate in 2006, Mr. Kirkham worked in the Urban Investment Group of the Real Estate Principal Investment Area at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to that, Mr. Kirkham worked in the Real Estate Group of the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Mr. Kirkham holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated cum laude from the University of Utah, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
