Kelly Blair is the Chief Financial Officer of Mark IV Capital, the privately held commercial real estate investment, development and private equity firm. Kelly brings more than two decades of strategic finance and accounting experience focused in real estate and private equity to her role. She has worked across a breadth of capital markets, corporate finance, accounting and operational roles and delivers strong leadership and oversight to Mark IV Capital’s financial activities. Kelly previously held positions as CFO at BKM Capital Partners, VP at CIM Group, CFO & Treasurer at RAM Real Estate Capital and VP, Capital Markets at Walton Group of Companies.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and an MBA with a dual emphasis in Leadership and Finance, both from Arizona State University. Kelly is the recipient of a 2025 Orange County Business Journal Women in Business Award.
