Kristin Koch serves as Managing Director of Investor Relations at Jonathan Rose Companies, a leading real estate and development firm focused on green and affordable housing in the U.S. Since joining the firm in 2015, Kristin has led fundraising efforts and has helped to raise more than $1.5B for the firm’s investment funds. She also manages the firm’s investor reporting and communication and serves on the firm’s Compliance Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Kristin served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Solus Alternative Asset Management (formerly Stanfield Capital Partners), an SEC-registered investment advisor. She received a B.S. in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University.
