Mr. McCormick is a Managing Director at Roxborough and has been with the Company since 2015. He is primarily responsible for sourcing and managing investment opportunities across the Western United States. He additionally contributes to the firm’s capital market activities. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McCormick co-led Western U.S. acquisition efforts and oversaw capital market activities for Stockbridge Capital Group, a large institutional investment manager based in San Francisco. At Stockbridge, Mr. McCormick was responsible for acquiring over $1.5 billion of real estate investments for its various funds and clients. Mr. McCormick started his career in Cushman & Wakefield’s real estate investment banking division in New York where he was responsible for the underwriting and structuring of various credit, tax and accounting-oriented real estate financing transactions for large public corporations and investors in real estate.

Mr. McCormick received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University and a Masters Degree in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University.
