Mr. Fleischer has 20 years of commercial real estate experience and leads 3650 Capital’s Real Estate Credit Solutions team. He is also a member of 3650 Capital’s Investment Committee. Previously, he was a Managing Director with RHRECS, a debt fund co-managed by Related Fund Management and HPS Investment Partners and a principal investor with Canyon Capital. His experience also includes more than eight years as legal counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Fleischer holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, a J.D. from Columbia Law School, and a B.A. from Columbia College.
