Profile

As Managing Director of the Southwest Region, Patrick is primarily responsible for the oversight and sourcing of investments across all asset classes in Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern Nevada. He leads new business generation across equity and debt strategies and directs all transaction structuring and negotiation, market and property underwriting, due diligence, and closing for new investments. He also advises on all major transactions made across Affinius portfolio assets in his region, including decisions to develop, sell, and/or refinance.Prior to joining Affinius in 2025, Patrick was a Senior Director in the Investment Group at American Realty Advisors, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing transactions in the western United States, as well as oversight the western region investment team. During his ten years at American Realty Advisors, Patrick was involved in more than $2.5 billion of closed transactions across a wide variety of asset classes and strategies including development, renovation, conversion, and stabilized acquisition.Patrick earned a Bachelor of Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Finance from the University of Southern California, where he is a frequent guest lecturer in the graduate real estate and business schools. He is a Board Member of the California Business Properties Association, a member of the NAIOP Development and Transactions Forum, and an active member of ULI.
