Peter Casey joined Hamilton Zanze in 2022 as Managing Director of Capital Markets, where he leads institutional fundraising, joint venture sourcing, and strategic growth initiatives. Since joining the firm, he has helped close six joint ventures totaling $1 billion in gross purchase price, leveraging Hamilton Zanze’s discretionary GP Fund to co-invest alongside partners. Peter previously held senior capital markets roles at Sack Properties and Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC), where he raised $500 million across two commingled fund vehicles, including IEC’s first discretionary institutional fund. Earlier in his career, he worked at JP Morgan Chase & Co. He holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill.
