Rob Quarton, Senior Director, capital markets, has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in debt and equity financing including joint venture equity, preferred equity, mezzanine loans, bridge debt, construction loans, insurance company financings and GSE/Agency debt (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac). Mr. Quarton specializes in multifamily, retail, office, self-storage, seniors housing and industrial properties, and will be based out of the Irvine, California office.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Quarton closed over $2 billion in transactions and was employed with GE Capital Real Estate, Cohen Financial, Topa Equities, City National Bank, and Comerica Bank.

Mr. Quarton holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University and has completed the Ross Program in Real Estate at University of Southern California and Management Development for Entrepreneurs Program at University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds a California Real Estate Brokers license.

Beyond the company, Mr. Quarton is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
