Tim Patten serves as a Managing Director of Capital Markets at Morning Calm Management. In this role, Mr. Patten handles all aspects of the transaction process for Morning Calm Management’s investments, including but not limited to sourcing, underwriting and due diligence, market research and capital formation. Prior to joining Morning Calm Management, Mr. Patten worked as an investment banker with the Raymond James Real Estate Investment Banking group. In that role, he was responsible for underwriting and strategic advisory for public and private real estate clients, covering a broad range of primary and niche commercial property sectors. During his tenure as an advisor, Mr. Patten was active in mergers and acquisitions, public securities issuance, private capital raising and joint venture structuring, assisting on dozens of successful transactions with an aggregate value of over $20 billion. Mr. Patten received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
